Who runs the site?

Daycare Compliance is run by Mike, its founder. You can reach him at mike@daycarecompliance.org or use the contact form for product questions, support, and corrections.

What we make

The staff records workspace lets a director import a roster, upload documents, request missing records, confirm renewal dates, and export a records index. Our public guides and templates are free to use without buying the software.

How we prepare the guides

  • Link to the official licensing agency, regulation, or form behind a factual requirement.
  • Identify the state and program type when describing a rule.
  • Distinguish official requirements from our suggestions for organizing files.
  • Show the review date so readers know when a resource was checked.
  • Link directly to government forms so readers can get the publisher’s current copy.

Our guides are written as product and records-organization resources. They have not been independently certified by a licensing authority or reviewed as legal advice. We do not present our team as medical professionals or licensing inspectors.

Corrections and changes

If a link breaks or a requirement changes, send the page URL and the official source that needs attention through our contact form. We will check the source and update the affected guidance. Confirm time-sensitive requirements with your licensing authority before relying on a checklist.

How the business is funded

We sell access to the staff records workspace for $149/month or $1,500/year after an optional 14-day no-card trial. The pricing page lists features and limits. Downloading a public template or opening an official form does not enroll you in a subscription.

What the software can verify

A file can be present, missing, or awaiting review. Those labels describe the records workflow. They do not certify legal compliance, establish that a credential is valid, or guarantee an inspection outcome. You confirm the documents and dates that apply to your program.
